Ofrecemos una política de devolución de 30 días. Para poder optar a un reembolso total, el artículo debe estar nuevo y sin usar. En el caso de los estuches de viaje para bicicletas, "nuevo y sin usar" significa que el estuche se puede empaquetar para probarlo en casa, pero no viajar con él. Los gastos de envío no se incluirán en el importe del reembolso.
Para pedidos dentro de los Estados Unidos, simplemente infórmenos su intención de devolver el artículo dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega inicial y le proporcionaremos una etiqueta de envío de devolución. Los paquetes de devolución deben enviarse dentro de los 10 días posteriores a la recepción de la etiqueta de devolución. El precio del envío de devolución se deducirá de su reembolso. Los artículos devueltos fuera de este plazo pueden no ser elegibles para un reembolso completo. Los estuches de viaje para bicicletas deben devolverse en la caja original o se pueden aplicar cargos de envío adicionales.
En el caso de devoluciones desde fuera de los Estados Unidos, el cliente es el único responsable del envío, el seguro y los aranceles o impuestos correspondientes. Seleccione un servicio de entrega garantizada que proporcione información de seguimiento de paquetes, seguro y comprobante de entrega. Reembolsos
Una vez que se reciba la devolución, se inspeccionará el producto devuelto y se emitirá un reembolso al método de pago original en un plazo de 7 a 10 días. Recibirá un correo electrónico automático notificándole el reembolso. Tenga en cuenta que el reembolso puede tardar algunos días en reflejarse en su tarjeta de crédito o en su extracto bancario. Para devoluciones realizadas por motivos ajenos al vendedor, no se reembolsarán los gastos de envío de ida y vuelta.
Intercambios
En el caso de cambios, el cliente será responsable de enviarnos el artículo de vuelta. Nosotros nos haremos cargo del envío cuando le enviemos el artículo nuevo.

The Sentinel keeps packing simple—no fork or handlebar removal required. For most bikes all that needs to be removed are your wheels. Then lower your seatpost or dropper.

With a full aluminum roll cage, the Sentinel handles whatever punishment baggage handlers throw at it.

The Sentinel was designed as a one case solution for riders with both road and gravel bikes (especially ones with integrated bars). Mountain bikes with a wheelbase less than 1125mm will fit inside the frame. Mountain bikes with wheelbases longer than this will fit inside the case with the frame removed.

Once your bike is packed you can fill extra space with other luggage. We like packing them in waterproof stuff sacks. Be sure to keep an eye on weight limits on your airline.

We recommend reading our Airline Guides. Most airlines have removed the 62 linear inch measurement but will ding you for a 50+ lb overweight charge. Airline status, curbside checkin, and different airports can have an effect on even the "official" policy stated on an airlines website.
